- I am a doula-in-training in the St. Louis, Missouri area.I strive to provide a supportive and comforting atmosphere for the new parents and soothing and loving entrance for the baby's birth into the world. My role is to help couples understand their vision about what their wishes are and help them to have the very best birth they can whether it be a homebirth, hospital or birth center. My comfort measures includes massage, aromatherapy, breathing techniques and physical support. I wish for all women to have the opportunity to enjoy their birth and experience an empowering rite of passage regardless of what age, ethnicity, or sexual orientation the mama may be.
